This will be the largest ever programme championing the people powering our digital future. Our aim is to make the Data Centre industry one of the best industries in the world to work in.

We will be providing open access data, tools and insights to the industry, along with free events, to help build a better, more productive and more resilient working environment.

The project will offer:

• Human Factor Performance Indices - measuring key factors such as personal resilience, operational resilience, talent retention, and growth potential

• In-depth research into human motivation, performance and resilience

• Industry events supporting the growth, development and wellbeing of the digital infrastructure workforce
